On 16th Feb. 1995 Mr. R.P.Chugh suffered brain hemorrhage due to high stress work but he survived… When Mr.Chugh came home from the hospital (G.P.Pant Hospital ) he was interviewed by TV Men on misuse of Dowry laws.
19.09.1995 Bed ridden R.P.Chugh was invited by National Institute of Criminology, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt.of India, for 38th course on management of anti -social & criminal behaviour to speak on " Marital discord & lopsided laws ". Judges, magistrates, IPS officials, Jail Supdts almost from each state of the country participated. The officials were so impressed that most of them went to the car of Mr. Chugh, for getting more material on CRIME AGAINST MAN BY WOMEN.
10.02.1997 R.P.Chugh again was invited for 41st course on Management of Anti Social & Criminal behaviour by the National Institute of Criminology, Ministry of Home Affairs, to speak on "Family Discord & its management " judges, magistrates, IPS, Jail Supdts almost from each state of the country participated, this time Smt. Mamta Sehgal, Addl. Distt. & Sessions Judge, Delhi- Secretary Legal Aid Committee also addressed the officials.
